Thomas A. Ross | Return Policy | In-Case Merchandise |  To ensure the complete satisfaction of our customers, all in-case jewelry is fully refundable for seven (7) days from the date of purchase. "In-Case Merchandise" is defined as any already created piece of jewelry that is on display in one of our cases.   This merchandise can be returned for any reason . . . no reason is necessay.

Thomas A. Ross | Return Policy | Custom Designed Jewelry |  Our custom designed jewelry is created on a non-returnable basis. Additionally, any and all deposits or payments are non-refundable.  However, at our discretion and depending on the circumstances, we may make a partial refund.  We attempt to be both understanding and sympathetic when possible.  However, creating custom jewelry can be expensive and include a number of related costs.  No jeweler wants to lose money on a crafted piece simply because someone changes their mind half way through a project or doesn't like a piece once it has been completed.  We attempt to overcome this issue by providing you with both pictures of the piece as well as a wax model.

Because the above policy or a similar version is typical among jewelers across the country, it is always wise to have a good understanding of exactly what you want in the way of a piece of jewelry when you embark on the custom design route.  In all cases, we will do our very best to help you refine your vision and create something beautiful and very special for you.  Throughout the years, we have created hundreds, maybe thousands, of both very small and very large important pieces that have already become cherished heirlooms.  We look forward to the opportunity to do the same for you.  Please don't hesitate to call or email us with any custom jewelry design question.

Additionally, any and all deposits or payments are generally non-refundable.  However, if our vendor will accept the return, we will gladly make a refund of the merchandise minus any shipping costs we are unable to recover.  In many cases, we can have a piece or pieces shipped in on a memo basis for you to see prior to making any deposit at all.  We will always advise you of the "no cost" or least expensive options available to you.

Ross | Return Policy | Consignment |  Because we don't own consignment jewelry and are not responsible for it once it leaves the store, consigned jewelry is sold on a "Final Sale" basis.  It is non-returnable and non-refundable.  So, in the case of consignment jewelry, you want to be very sure you like it.  And, if it is to be a gift, you may want to consider bringing the recipient by for a peek before buying any piece of consignment jewelry.
