This is the French fort that was home to Detachment A-502.

The picture was taken out the door of a 281st assault helicopter
during a photo recon mission. Orientation is west to east,
with the bottom being west. The left is north and the right is
south. A-502's portion of the fort is located along the
southern perimeter or right side of this photograph.

The orientation of this picture is east to west. South
is now on the left with north on the right. My Loc
outpost, "The Rockpile" is in the distance at the
top of the picture.
